We appreciate how difficult it can be to find that perfect video clip, so our aim is to make that search as easy as possible for you.
SEARCH
There are many ways that you can search for video clips on our site.
1.Basic Search
Use the search box found in the headline bar on any page. Type the word in the box that best describes what you are looking for. E.g. – you are looking for a sunset shot – simply type “sunset”. A gallery of all our video clips that include a sunset will be instantly created for you to choose from.
2.Detailed Search
Visit our dedicated search page (click on the SEARCH icon in the Menu bar) and narrow down your search criteria. This will allow you to only see the video clips that you really want to see saving your time and effort. E.G – You are looking for a High Definition (HD) clip of a Mexican beach. In the country box, type “Mexico”, in the definition tab, check the HD box and in the keyword box type “Beach”. Your results will only show all HD shots of beaches in Mexico.
3.Let us search for you!
Nobody knows our collection as well as us. Email us with your search criteria and we will get one of our knowledgeable staff to search for you. Contact: clipsearch@exposure4.com
CLIP BOXES
Clip Boxes are a helpful tool that allows you to share your video clip choices with your friends to allow you to make an informed group decision.
To add a clip to a clip box click on ‘Add to Clip Box’ when viewing the specific clip in it’s individual viewer window. You can then choose which Clip Box to add the clip to on the small scroll list next to this button.
If you want to create a new Clip Box with it’s own name, you can type the name into the box next to the ‘Add to New Clip Box’ before clicking on this button.
You will now be able to group your clips in your personal ‘Clip Boxes’ area which can also be accessed via the ‘My Clip Boxes’ tab in the top right hand corner of the page. You can send an email link to your friends to let them check the clips you are thinking of purchasing.
To email a friend, write their email address in the ‘send Clip Box to friend box’ and click send.
They will get a link in the email that allows them to see the Clip Box that you sent.
PAYMENT
Clip payment is made via debit or credit card payments through our HSBC secure Epayment engine. Once you have confirmed your order of clips you will be forwarded to our dedicated HSBC payment page where you will be asked to enter card details and card registered address.
DOWNLOADING CLIPS
Once your payment has been processed you will be directed to our download area. Here you will be able to download your purchased clip to your computers hard drive. To download the file without it loading, Right Click on the download tab and choose the option ‘download linked file as…’ Using this option you can rename the file to whatever you would like and download to your chosen location (e.g desktop).
